Violet Chachki for Moschino

Ever since her big debut the stages of Atlanta, Georgia to the Emmy awarded series RuPauls Drag Race as a season 7 contestant, she has been labelled as one of the "fashion girls" referring to queens who have a profound relationship with fashion and pay close attention to styling, aesthetics, makeup, hair and storytelling through the art of drag. Violet is one of the first queer individuals to be a signed model as a drag queen and has since winning season 7 of drag race she further immersed herself In the fashion industry and thus a brand new platform for drag queens eroded.

Just like these queens, fashion has always been the front-running industry for change on all social levels as well as celebrating all things different, unrecognised and of course queer! In that spirit of celebration this partnership has been made in the fashion havens, Violet chachki has teamed up with Jeremy Scott for Moschino making her one of the first Drag Queens to ever walk a luxury fashion brand and for this newly found visibility for queer individuals we thank Jeremy Scott who's never been anything but loud and proud in the industry, today he further pushes the boundaries of the industry through his creative vision.

So if any of you were wondering who was the second half of the devilish conjoined duo slicing up the Moschino runway, it was Violet Chachki, save the name.
