Breakaway child Disney star Hayley kiyoko has kept busy since leaving her Disney days behind her. The artist choose to invest her creative energy into her music in order to fill a void we all knew existed in the industry and was reserved especially her just as she has proven several times.
The young openly bisexual artist held nothing back since dropping her first official EP "citrine" which was a successful piece, followed by an upscale climb after releasing singles accompanied by beautifully scripted, casted and directed video clips such as those for "Girls like Girls" and "Gravel to tempo". She didn't hesitate to expose herself to the world through her music giving women under the LGBTQ umbrella a fresh face and loud, unapologetic representation.
A work which follows this dreamy impeccable pattern of Hayley is one of her latest pieces " Sleepover" where she further explores sexuality in a colourful playful manner through seductive vocals which unmistakably translate staged innocence; beautifully and harmoniously contradict the sexy steamy video clip of the song set in household scenes with soft filters and the characteristic warm pastel palette she returns to quite often.
